Launch Date: 7th October 2025, 12 PM

Location: Outernet London, Tottenham Court Road

This October, the beating heart of London’s cultural scene becomes the stage for a revolutionary celebration of Black history, creativity, and technological innovation. In honour of Black History Month, Media Stream AI joins forces with visionary Black creatives Olivia Ema and Samuel Adjaye to present Black To The Future – a genre-defying, immersive experience that reimagines the past, present, and future of Black British identity.

Reimagining Black History Through AI

Set within a surreal, time-bending digital landscape, Black To The Future invites audiences to journey through centuries of Black British history — not as a linear narrative, but as a living, breathing continuum. Here, history is not confined to textbooks or archives. It pulses through the present and shapes the future.

Through AI-generated visuals, the installation collapses time into moments of radical clarity. Visitors will encounter:

  • AI-driven portraits of real-life Black innovators, artists, and scientists – past and present

  • Abstract visual storytelling exploring roots, legacy, and the “history we are yet to make”

  • Immersive floor-to-ceiling projections across Outernet London’s iconic digital canvases

As Christopher Kenna, founder of Media Stream AI, puts it:
“The past is not behind us but encoded in our present and our becoming.”

The AI Revolution Meets Cultural Expression

Media Stream AI is pioneering a new frontier where technology becomes a tool for empowerment, not exclusion. By leveraging sovereign infrastructure and creative AI tools, the platform enables communities to tell their stories on their own terms – visually, powerfully, and accessibly.

Black To The Future is more than an art installation. It’s a statement: that Black history is not static, and Black creativity is not bound by convention. It’s a celebration of possibility, of legacy, and of the future we’re building together.
