Brand Advance Group, launched in 2018 as the first dedicated global diversity media network, reveals strategic new hires that are helping the ever growing firm go from strength to strength, as well as a new team over the pond.
The firm provides global clients with a full 360 service for reaching minority or underrepresented consumers, helping brands and agencies break the 10% growth barrier with access to new and growing communities and their spend.
In 2022, Brand Advance Group enjoyed an incredible year of growth, with revenue and new client billings rising from $5m to $16m. Impressively, this is expected to continue rising throughout 2023, with a forecast of $28 by the end of the year.
To help facilitate this snowballing growth and newly fledged team in New York, USA, last week Brand Advance owner, Christopher Kenna, announced he would be stepping down as CEO in the UK and Europe, to head the team in the US. And it is Deborah Gbadamosi (previously Global Agency Director at Microsoft and Executive Director at OMD EMEA) who will be filling his shoes as CEO EMEA.
Dean Evans with his background in Marketing and Advertising, alongside his experience in Digital Producing, takes the Managing Director Roll of the Brand Advance Group. While Laura Lane takes the helm as the Creative Director at BA Creative including both our Creative Agencies output and the BA Publisher and BA Influencer department.
