Theta is Brymo’s first output for the year, the 10-track body of work conveys a profusion of deep thoughts that touches on poetic, cultural, emotional, and pedagogic subjects. Theta serves as the singer’s third project in three years, it is a follow-up to his previous album, 9: Esan released back in September 2021. The entire album is produced by a highly skilled beatsmith, Bigfootonyourface. After earning local acclaim through concerts, radio and viral music marketing applications, Brymo graces 2022 with a pack of new music for his fans.
In the recently announced 2022 Headies Awards list of nominees, Brymo was the third most-nominated artist with a total of 6 nominations, coming after Starboy’s Wizkid and Mavin Records’ Ayra Starr with 9 and 8 nominations respectively. His previously released album ‘9: Esan‘ was at the forefront of the nominations count, and he has decided to position himself in the same trajectory with the release of this new album, Theta.
