The British band are playing six shows at the north London venue between August 17th and 21st.

The British rock band that was formed in London in 1996 made a colorful comeback at the 90,000 stadium capacity on Friday.

The Grammy award-winning band is kicking off the London leg of their Music Of The Spheres world tour.

TOn the first night of their world tour, the band delivered an electric performance to a packed crowd.

Large screens behind them showed vibrant animated patternscolorerss as frontman Chris Martin sang to the emotional fans.

Large spheres designed like planets were also let out into the audience in homage to the album and tour title.

The band consists of Martin, Jonny Buckland, GuyBerrymana, n and Will Championwase also supported by singer Griff and R&B H.E.R, whose real name is Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson.

Cold Play Wembley stadium

As temperatures were forecasted to reach 35C over the weekend, Wembley Stadium issued advice to fans attending the concert.

Fans that were expected to attend the concerts on Friday and Saturday were advised by an announcement that was published on the Wembley stadium’s website to avoid arriving too early, to avoid overconsumption of alcohol, and to wear light clothing to allow the air to circulate.

Wembley stadium website posted important information regarding the show taking place on the 19of th August.

“Due to planned industrial action on the London Underground network, Coldplay’s Wembley Stadium concert on Friday 19 August 2022 has had to be rescheduled for Sunday 21 August 2022”, reads the statement.

The website announces that the management has been informed that there will be insufficient transport for ticket holders on August 19 so, “with regret, the event cannot be licensed for that day”.

The statement further reads that all tickets for Friday 19 August will remain valid for Sunday 21 August.

“Any ticketholders who are unable to attend the rescheduled show can get a full refund on their ticket and are requested to contact their point of purchase before 18:00 on Wednesday 10 August 2022”.

The band’s six-night sold-out residency at the national stadium, during the band’s groundbreaking carbon-neutral world tour, sees Chris Martin in full everyday showman mod.

The rock band that met at University College London began playing music together from 1996 to 1998, first calling themselves Pectoralz and then Starfish.

After independently releasing an extended play, Safety (1998), Coldplay signed with Parlophone in 1999.

The band’s debut album, Parachutes (2000), included their breakthrough single “Yellow” and received a Brit Award for British Album of the Year, a Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Al,Birmanbum and a Mercury Prize nomination.

Their second album, A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), won the same accolades and included the singles “The Scientist” and “Clocks”, with the latter winning a Grammy Award for Record of the Year.
