Tems is unarguably having the best year of her life in 2022, at least from a music industry perspective. Her exploits have been noticed by many and have influenced major collaborations with some of the biggest artists in the world like Drake, Future, Justin Bieber, and of course, Beyonce.

Tems’ awards and nominations in the past 12 months have been nothing short of mindblowing, she’s earned nominations from the BBMAs, AMAs, BET Hip-Hop Awards, BET Soultrain Awards, and NAACP. Just recently she got her first-ever Golden Globe Award for her songwriting contribution to Rihanna’s comeback single ‘Lift Me Up‘ off the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack album.

The best part is the fact that Tems isn’t stopping anytime soon. After dropping two extended plays; For Broken Ears (2020) and If Orange Was A Place (2021) in the last two years, she’s revealed that her debut album will be finally dropping in 2023.

Beyonce featured Tems alongside Grace Jones on the song ‘Move‘ off her 7th studio album ‘Renaissance‘ which was released back in July via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. Acclaimed by many as one of the best tracks on the album, the Tems feature was a key factor; just as it is on Future’s Wait For U, Wizkid Essence, and more.

Tems’ relationship with Beyonce might just be heading to the next level in 2023, she’s been rumored to join Queen Bey on her upcoming world tour. According to UK news outlet The Sun, Tems is being considered by Beyoncé to join her on the upcoming world tour, which is reported to kick off in the summer of 2023. The Sun also reported that British girl group Flo as well as British singer and rapper Bree Runway have impressed Queen Bey in recent times and might all be joining the multiple Grammy Award-winning superstar on the tour.

2023 is looking amazing already, wouldn’t you agree?
