It’s all about Afrobeats in Germany as Afrobeats Festival provides fans with a treat in the country’s capital city of Berlin. It started with top energy and vitality on the 9th of July and had some of Afrobeats’ biggest artists bless the crowd with stellar performances of their songs.
The festival was a celebration of the beauty and diversity of Afrobeats and the African culture in its entirety. Featured acts include Wizkid, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Rema, Omah Lay, Fireboy DML, BNXN, Sarkodie, Gyakie, Stonebwoy, Ayra Starr, Chief Dada, Jame BKS, Ladipoe, L.A.X, Lojay, Mi Casa, Ruger, TxC, WurlD, Manlikestunna, Albi X, and Alewya, all from the different angles of the African continent, headlined by the giants of Afrobeats, Wizkid and Davido.
The two-day event had Afrobeats artists like Davido take the stage and thrill fans with an oeuvre of his classic hits from his earlier days to collaborations such as Ke Star remix with Focalistic and Activate with Stonebwoy who made an appearance to perform the record with Davido. His performance was nothing short of a thriller.

Wizkid also gave the fans a dose of the Starboy effect by performing hit songs like Soco, Ojuelegba and more. The Essence crooner brought all the Lagos energy to Berlin and triggered a frenzy.

On the second day, Tiwa Savage took her fans to the church and brought them back to the arena with her sizzling vocals. The new-age acts such as Ruger, BNXN and Gyakie also kept the ball rolling and the guests entertained to the fullest with their renditions of banger tracks on their discographies.
